Pye Chevrolet Buick GMC Limited is looking for a Red Seal Technician to join our team. We’re an evolving company that provides safe and reliable vehicles to people in surrounding communities. We are going through a growth phase with some exciting changes happening and we are looking for like-minded people to join our organization.

The primary responsibility of our GM technicians is safety – it is a statistic that does not exist, but we are proud of our team for all the road accidents they help prevent. Whether it is replacing brakes, repairing engines and transmissions, or finding the source of a problem and fixing it before it turns into something major, the maintenance work they perform contributes to the safety of our customers and their families.

Here’s what we need from you:

• A valid Red Seal certification as an Automotive Technician
• A valid Driver's License and a clean Driver Abstract
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on your own or with a team
• Safety focused – for yourself, your colleagues, and our customers and their families
• High level of integrity – our goal is always to fix it right the first time
• Willingness & desire for growth – the auto industry is continuously evolving, and it is important that our technicians are open to those changes
• Strong communication skills and ability to accurately document repair steps
• A little bit of tech-savvy – we won’t measure how many words you can type per minute but being able to easily navigate a computer/tablet and varying manufacturer programs is important
