The Regional General Manager, of Western Canada, is accountable to lead the entire Micro-fulfillment Store Teams in Western Canada, as well as the regional store's P&L. We are looking for an exceptional leader who inspires and engages over 100+ Team Members in the stores' organization to execute and drive our value promise to customers.

What's On Your Plate:

  • Regional P&L Management - Accountable for store's P&L driving profitable stores' EBITDA without compromising customer experience

  • Support Merchandising and Central operations in the successful rollout of initiatives that drive customer trial, OV, and AOV regionally

  • Running Great Stores - build and manage higher performing teams (10+ stores, 100+ team members)

  • Set, deliver, and ensure implementation of store standards for operational effectiveness

  • Partner with Merchandising, Replenishment, and Central Operations to provide advisory to stores' processes to optimize store performance

  • Availability - Accountable for ensuring inventory is managed in-store to drive customer availability while minimizing shrink

  • Partner with Merchandising to manage markdowns, and short dates, and execute to maintain required DOH

  • Ensure drive accurate inventory targets across the region

  • Implement and deliver workforce optimization to minimize cost-to-sell while ensuring fulfillment times

  • Drive and implement stores process from Central Operations as well as future space planning planograms at the store level

Recipe For Success:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an owner mindset

  • 3-5 years leading large teams (50+) in a multi-store environment with direct reports experience

  • Previous experience as market/district leader a strong asset

  • Influencing without authority
