Position Summary

The Regional Manager, Laboratory Systems is responsible for the planning, functionality and lifecycle of digital health tools and Clinical Information Systems (CIS) used in laboratory within Northern Health (NH). These systems are primarily used by pathologists, lab techs, support staff and operational managers. The Manager is the regional liaison between diagnostic laboratory leaders, Information Management Information Technology (IMIT), vendors, and partners, ensuring that CIS services are in accordance with NH practices and strategic goals. The position manages IMIT staff, projects, services, and relationships. The position is a health informatics leader, working in consultation with stakeholders to advance healthcare transformation. They utilize the framework of people, processes and technology to improve rural health spaces and services.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Starting salary will be approximately from $96,429 to $120,537 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions
