Costco Courtenay is hiring Full Time and Part Time Certified Pharmacy Technicians
Successful candidates will assist Pharmacist to fill and dispense prescriptions for patients. Assists patients at counter, retrieves prescriptions, processes register transactions. Orders and stocks drugs, supplies, and over-the-counter merchandise. Updates patient records and inventory, processes invoices, and makes accounting entries using computerized system. Dispenses prescription medications utilizing pharmacy standards.
Wages: Wages will be based on previous experience.
Qualifications: Candidates must be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in good standing in province of work.
Education/Training: Completed provincial Pharmacy Technician certification or Completed a Pharmacy Technician course at a Community College and the Pharmacy Examination Board of Canada Qualifying exam.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
