Time Immigration Consulting Ltd. is a committed and resourceful licensed immigration firm founded in 1995. We have more than 20 years’ experience in immigration services with four branches located in Richmond, Vancouver and White Rock. Our mission is to provide caring and professional immigration services to those who would like to study, visit, work or immigrate to Canada. Due to fast-expanding, we are looking for a Licensed Immigration Consultant.

Qualifications:

- At least one years of Immigration case handling experience is required

- Ability to complete tasks by specified deadlines

- Ability to work independently

- Exceptional English writing and communication skills are mandatory

- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese is an asset

- Excellent document management skills

- Impeccable attention to detail and proactive

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- Strong time-management skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and trust

- Ability to work independently as well as a team player under heavy pressure and strict time sensitive guidelines

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide consultation for immigration-related purposes for potential and existing clients

- Oversee the completion and accuracy of immigration applications, ensure all required documents are received by the deadline set by the government

- Ensure all information provided by the client is accurate, prepare and check all legal documents

- Prepare fee quotes and information required by clients, co-workers or authorities

- Manage timelines and case flow on a daily basis

- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues

- Take responsibility in remaining up to date with any changes to legislation, maintain and update client records according to ICCRC immigration policies

- Confer with colleagues and other professionals in areas of legal matter and verify bases for legal actions

Salary: $38,000.00-$75,805.00 per year
