As a Relationship Manager you will provide an internal support function to assist with National Sales, Relationship Management and Loyalty & Retention teams (ie: Client Services). You will also be focused on monthly departmental reporting and routine functions that support the teams' controls and compliance requirements. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work on several departmental project initiatives across the organization. Projects include supporting revenue growth strategies, performance tracking and other strategic business initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

  • Consolidation and continual improvement of departmental Monthly Business Review deck
  • Oversight of the Contract Administration process - verify accuracy of incoming contracts and assist in their execution
  • Facilitate the transition of accounts with contract documents from Sales to Relationship Management
  • Excel data manipulation and reporting; gathering and consolidation of data from RM/Sales for departmental and inter-departmental use
  • Adhoc departmental projects and project management
  • Lead initiatives/projects to resolve problems identified by Field and Senior Managers
  • Develop strategic presentations for both internal and external audiences

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Merchant Services and/or Financial Institutions experience preferred
  • Diverse problem solving experience, such as experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across financial services sectors
  • Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Open to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers
  • Preferred experience with Tableau and Salesforce
