Proactive Health & Performance Clinic is an integrative health clinic that is looking for a motivated Full-time Clinical Support coordinator to join our team!
This Role is Remote work.
Must be able to work independently in a quiet environment. This poisition is a full- time position and will require your full attention to complete work responsibilites.
We are looking for:
- Basic computer skills
- Exceptional phone skills
- Customer service skills
- Organization skills
- Flexible hours
- Communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Previous administrative experience is not required, but is a plus.
Duties:
- Responsible for phone call patient experience (patient follow ups)
- providing excellent customer service.
-Calling insurance companies
-Phone calls in and out bound to patients
- communicating through email and other Internet Apps
