We are hiring both full time and part time associates for our BRAND NEW location on 1289 Marlborough court in Oakville. Job Summary
As a Shelby’s team member you will be actively working with your manager to ensure that each shift operates successfully, smoothly and we have fun.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Essential duties of a Shelby's Team Member are:
● Delivering the perfect guest experience
● Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
● Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Shelby's
● Handling cash flow of the restaurant
● Ensuring delivery of high quality meals to customers
● Prepares and packages food and drink products
● Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
● Ensuring all standards are being met for hygiene, cleanliness, food quality and safety.
● Maintaining a high task completion rate in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
● Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
● Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
● Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
● Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
● Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds of force frequently
● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects
● Ability to push products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds
