Your job as a manager is to lead the charge and motivate a strong customer service and sales team with a mandate to serve and grow a demanding fashion clientele. The person we are looking for will have successful retail fashion management experience with 3+ years of retail fashion management experience.
He/she will be able to describe his/her challenges and successes in leading and coaching a team, serving a fashion clientele and growing sales. Desiring a career in fashion retail management and aspiring to work for the best are key factors for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Passionate about fashion; and all the latest trends.
Enjoys serving and building a fashion clientele.
A believer in building a client base based on knowing the customer and understanding the unique fashion needs of each client.
Proven leadership and success in coaching and developing others.
