Hexagon Agility is a leading global provider of clean fuel solutions in the transport sector. Our technology enables hard to decarbonize segments – such as trucks and buses – to move from diesel to cleaner fuel alternatives.

We are currently seeking a Sales Analytics Manager and accepting applications from Salisbury, NC ; Costa Mesa, CA; Kelowna, BC. Some travel will be required for this position.

Overview:
The position will be responsible for providing data driven insights on customer, sales, and products dynamics to senior sales leadership. Additionally, this position will monitor overarching market trends and conditions and create materials to best communicate these to the broader organization.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion new development requests
  • Design and develop standard and custom components in Salesforce Lightning framework
  • Query data to provide information requested by users
  • Proactively identify opportunities to build scalable CRM solutions
  • Understood company demands and translate into design specifications through Salesforce platform knowledge for sales & marketing departments

Power BI/ Reporting

  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to understand their analytic requirements and develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to give them deeper visibility into their business objectives/ needs
  • Consolidates redundant reporting and ensures that information is used consistently and efficiently across the company
  • Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other tasks
  • Understand business processes management and business requirements of the customers and be able to translate to BRDs, data mapping specs, and create business cases
  • Develop and maintain best business practices
  • Review customer metrics in real time
  • Provide data analysis to identify areas of strength or weakness in product performance
  • Be a market expert – understand the products, customers and market factors
  • Create an analytical framework leveraging data across multiple source systems including ERP/ data warehouse, CRM, ZoomInfo, Google and other 3rd party data.
  • Support marketing and product management programs analytical and systems data needs
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Leadership on Salesforce training, sales tools, and sales processes, CRM compliance, and filed program development

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist with training of new users. Present easy to understand data with proper documentation for successful user adoption
  • Promotes EBS concepts, principals, and practices to assist in achieving policy deployment and strategic plan objectives

Skills and qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in natural gas or transportation applications
  • Experience in account management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, be a self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
  • Ability to prepare and to professionally and give presentations to group audiences.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to maximize effectiveness
  • Good problem solver
  • Exceptional computer skills to include IFS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Travel approximately 10% of time to trade shows, customer visits and industry seminars/ events
