We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator to join our Kingsville team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Input and monitor daily sales orders for key accounts
- Monitor customers’ web-based order system for updates, changes, and new orders
- Update weekly pricing on customers’ web-based system
- Ensure effective processing and assisting with customers’ orders until completed
- Create purchase orders for procured product
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner and assist customers whenever appropriate
- Compile and maintain sales analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure successful order fulfillment
- Collaborate with the planning team to resolve customer order issues
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Complete ad hoc reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in administration, business, or a related field
- Minimum two years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in produce industry preferred
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivation with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Possesses a solutions-based attitude, curious and has an analytical perspective
- Knowledge of Famous software an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Working Conditions:
- After hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands
- Occasional overtime
- Extended periods of sitting
- Light travel may be required
