Description:

• Engage with different business end users at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, and document accordingly
• Drive and develop; then suggest numerous deliverables including solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, and data mapping/transformation
• Develop and suggest various tools and workflows to drive process optimization and automation
• Provide general salesforce and data administration support
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and stakeholders on various projects
• Assist with rollout of new processes, training etc.
• Assist in developing and sustaining regular reporting on all business strategies and KPIs
• Support with weekly/monthly/yearly sales metrics and reviews, combining all business metrics, impacts and outcomes
• Identify sources of inaccuracy and develop action plans to close the gaps
• Prepare both regular and ad-hoc reports based on business needs, interpreting market trends for leadership
• Gather, analyze, document and draw conclusions using complex data and information

• Partner with various teams to assist with analyzing and driving process improvements, develop business forecasts and potential pivots based on data and trends at the micro level
• Scale for future state and meet growth plans
• Manage (and enjoy!) working in a fast paced environment, while managing complex projects and competing deadlines
• Quickly learn the business and apply new knowledge with your business and analytical skills
• Maintain data and process stability and integrity
• Provide and identify analytical opportunities to measure and optimize activities and effectiveness
• Build models to most efficiently and accurately measure and monitor results; in support of decision making, to continuously improve performance through informed tactical adjustments

Recipe for Success:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Mathematics/Computer Science, with 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business/Data Analyst
• Experience querying large datasets using Python
• Experience in Project Management is an asset
• Strong analytical, communication and technical skills
• Experience with Salesforce and proficiency working with Google Suite, SQL, Tableau and other data analytic/reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to analyze the business, provide sound suggestions to improve efficiencies and processes
• Results orientated to define goals and support with metrics, develop actionable and scalable plans with a sense of urgency
• Change Management demonstrated by working effectively with ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change
• Strong communication to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly while in a variety of settings using multiple styles
• Assumes ownership for achieving individual and group outcomes
• Analytical mindset and data driven competencies are essential
• Excellent team player with ability to work cross-departmentally
• Positive attitude with a solution oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic with superior attention to detail, accuracy and completeness
• Sales experience is an asset
