POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of the Rafflebox team, the Director of Sales will be integral in building relationships and ensuring the close of new business. The fundamental goal of the Director of Sales is to achieve sales targets with the objective of building and maintaining positive long-term business relationships with our partners and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team that is capable of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Set sales goals along with objectives and monitor performance against these goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that sales opportunities are properly qualified, prioritized, and closed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's products and services meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget and ensure that sales expenses are aligned with revenue goals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Continuously develop and improve sales processes and methodologies.

DAILY TASKS

  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that the company's products and services meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on trends and network with other professionals.
  • Review and approve sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to discuss progress towards goals and identify opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Director of Sales or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS industry trends and best practices.
  • HubSpot and CRM management experience
  • Proven sales experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies and processes.
