Who we're searching for:
We are immediately seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full-time Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be a motivated team player. Prior knowledge and experience in the wood flooring industry would be considered an asset. This position is to provide Customer Service to our internal and external Customers and promote inside sales from our South Surrey showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our inside sales by actively prospecting for new customers.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales of wood flooring product accessories to a specific customer.
  • Manage regular and/or commercial and/or project accounts.
  • Develop and maintain the customer base and establish a high-level ongoing relationship with their accounts.
  • Helping customers with their selections and providing them with samples.
  • Maintaining and updating all showroom displays and providing assistance.
  • Answer all incoming telephone and email requests including checking stock, placing orders, and providing pricing to customer accounts.
  • Ensure all orders are entered and processed accurately.
  • Provide detailed follow-up on all orders ensuring that the customer receives current promotions, product launches, and other company updates.
  • Assist sales in planning company events.
  • Provide complete order fulfillment service to ensure objectives are met while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communicate and follow up on all sales and customer service-related inquiries of existing and prospective clients.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the database of existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide order entry and administration support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Sales/Customer Service or relevant field.
  • Dependable/Reliable/Adaptable with excellent Judgement.
  • Professionalism, highly productive, ability to learn quickly.
  • Analytical, Computer/Microsoft proficient.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings.
  • Self-managed and highly motivated.

This is a full-time Mon - Fri position offering a comprehensive benefits package.
