Irwin's Safety is currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced  individual to to join our rapidly expanding team and fulfill our Sales Operations & Engagement Manager role based around our client in Cranbrook BC. This is a senior role within Irwin Safety which requires a customer facing presence working with our Sales and Operations teams.

Applicants must have at least 10 years' experience in customer facing sales roles with knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategies. Proven success in strengthening customer relations through excellent business mentoring, regular engagements in customer meetings, and active participation in onsite speaking engagements. The successful individual, will be experienced in Identifying and activating opportunities for long-term health of the business, including collaboration with the cross-geo and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • This is a customer facing role based in Cranbrook BC working with our regional clients
  • Experienced Sales Professional responsible for consultative engagements with our clients.
  • Experience building and/or executing digital CX (Customer Experience) programs through scalable processes & technologies
  • CX mapping of complex customer interactions ensuring the best possible customer experience
  • Implementation of multiple CX platforms, Sales, Service & Marketing.
  • Developing & nurturing relationships with key client contacts & C-suite sponsors.
  • Lead programs to improve current sales processes either through evolved business process, technology enablement and/or better business intelligence
  • Ensure HubSpot enables our key sales and account management requirements: data, workflow, sales methodology and sales stage definitions, etc.
  • Drive adoption of key processes within HubSpot across the sales, marketing & operation organizations
  • Continually monitor HubSpot app technologies to recommend solutions to meet the business needs

  • An engaging attitude – personable, approachable, collaborative, and eager to help

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • 10+ years' experience in a customer facing sales role
  • 10+ years' experience with traditional online marketing strategies
  • Experience in an industrial setting is preferred
