What will your typical day look like?

In a typical day, you will receive requests for sales reporting support, working with the sales reporting team to ensure requests are actioned according to priority level and in a timely manner. You will also interact with pursuit teams and leadership, organizing their involvement in sales labs with operational excellence.

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and period end sales and pipeline reporting for Executive leaders
  • Work closely with the Sales Reporting Manager on routine and ad hoc sales reports and analyses
  • Provide insights and analyses of sales and pipeline data, including data reconciliation inquiries
  • Coordinate logistics and Sales Coach availability for sales labs, including Early Opportunity Discussions, Deal Review Boards, Win Labs, Extension Labs and Client Experience Labs
  • Manage requests for sales support through a central mailbox and ticket tool
  • Facilitate pursuit support & resource management
  • Make recommendations to increase operations and reporting effectiveness

About the team

The National Sales Office (NSO) brings together sales professionals from across the firm to create one, united sales team. Together, we lead the firm on sales governance, innovation and support.

Within the NSO is the Sales Operations team. We are a small, but mighty team who are focused on sales operational excellence. We bring together marketplace leaders to tackle the most important deals to the firm. This role will report to the Sales Operations Lead.

  • 3 years of experience in operations, preferably within a professional services focused organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
  • Very strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • A continuous improvement and takes initiative attitude
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
