Welldone Mechanical Services Inc., is a family owned company that has been serving Regina and Saskatoon for the last 57 years and we are growing! We are currently recruiting a Project Sales Manager. We are looking for an individual with the ability to work in a disciplined, structured sales process to generate results that contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer design proposals and specifications to determine and sell cost effective solutions
  • Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
  • Ensure professional quality services in all facets of work
  • Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
  • Manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation and other factors necessary for success
  • Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project
  • Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
  • Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
  • Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of previous estimating experience is required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards
  • Valid driver’s license is required
