We are hiring a Sales Representative for one of our clients in Scarborough, ON. The company is involved in providing end-to-end building services as a single partner, with robust technology systems connecting everything together. Role and Responsibilities:
- Represent company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics (3% Commission on Sales)
- Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
- Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers
- Develop business plans for major accounts that align with the company's growth strategy.
- Document and customize customer procedures to optimize work processes and understanding of specifications.
Requirements:
- Graduation is necessary.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Sound decision-making, organization and planning skills, including business plan development.
- Deal with Canadian clients and build relationships with them.
- Direction of leadership: proactivity and autonomy to make decisions.
- Sense of customer service and problem solving.
Schedule: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
