Role Objective:

You will drive sales growth by focusing on cross-selling and our existing clients. If you are social, self aware, have strong work ethic, organized and coachable, this is the opportunity for you!

What You Will Do:

  • Cross-Sell our Office Shredding and Records Storage program by determining client need and demonstrating service value
  • Identifying potential sales to quickly determine the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to each call
  • Persuading customers to make a purchase or take another kind of action using a prepared script with price quotations and additional information
  • Provide service value presentaions via Microsoft Teams when required
  • Follow up with open opportunities via telephone and email on a daily basis
  • Provide price quotations and agreements
  • Accurately and consistently record client information, call results, and opportunities in ZOHO CRM
  • Achieve weekly and monthly goals defined by Director of Sales
  • You will be expected to make calls throughout the day to sp

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Strong communication skills, and a love of working with people
  • Strong time management and follow-through skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, initiative and minimal supervision
  • Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed

Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $45,000 plus uncapped commission
