Sales Support Specialist

Kuva Systems is a growth stage technology company changing the way oil & gas operators address their methane emission goals by deploying our cost-scalable proprietary methane imaging solutions which in conjunction with our SaaS based analytics, delivers to the user an image of the asset with a colorized gas plume with leak source pinpoint so that it can be found and fixed quickly. The time stamped images, when correlated with operational SCADA data and work order systems, many times allows operators to mitigate future emissions by optimizing the local process controls or identifying a failing piece of equipment. Kuva Systems was founded by ex-defense contractors in the IR/spectroscopy imaging space, is almost 7 years old, and is based in Cambridge, MA and Calgary Alberta Canada.

We are looking for a driven and charismatic Sales Support You will be helping our sales team and sales partners with:

∙ Inbound and Outbound Leads: calling and emailing to validate (inbound) leads, collecting the

specifics to create and deliver accurate quotes, following up on existing quotes, new leads, help in planning Business Development event planning, uncovering all associated key decision makers, assigning validated leads, notifying customers prior to shipment, and documenting all aspects of the sales cycle in our HubSpot CRM.

∙ Sales Materials: assisting with the creation of various sales materials which include but are not limited to maintaining/updating slide decks, updating case studies, improving sales materials with

the help of third-party designers, and creating linked-in content/posts.

∙ Supporting Customers and Sales Team Requests: developing a strong rapport with the customer and sales team with the ability to grasp product knowledge and relay product information.

∙ Document and maintain open tickets for customers concerning SaaS renewals, agreements, billing issues, and technical support needs

∙ Attend customer meetings in a supportive role for documenting meeting minutes and action items

Qualification + Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum Associate Degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience in sales and Marketing
  • Relevant experience in CRM/Project systems (HubSpot/Wrike are a plus), or other similar tools
  • Self-driven, passionate
  • Ability to communicate technical data in a clear and concise manner
  • Must exhibit excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Technical background with environmental or process/mechanical fundamentals is a plus, but not required. On the job training will be provided.
  • 2 or more years of customer service or inside sales experience with industrial end users or equivalent education is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with current and potential customers and suppliers
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well asfamiliarity with Google suite.
  • Aptitude for problem solving and generating creative solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to accomplish assignments and meet deadlines
  • Operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy
  • Supports organization’s goals and values
  • Displays understanding of how job relates to others; uses resources effectively.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management and leaders within and across all functions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
