  • Work closely with technology teams through SDLC which may include hands-on troubleshooting and/or code analysis where applicable (~10-20% hands-on)
  • Provide options and recommendations for key client/stakeholder challenges
  • Work alongside the architect and delivery team to design, document, and build out omnichannel CRM applications, automation, and custom features
  • Present strategic business requirements and proposed solutions to business and technical stakeholders for official sign-off prior to development kick-off
  • Design architecture diagrams and documents that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
  • Understand and manage client expectations to enable a successful partnership between the client and GALE’s cross-functional teams
  • Incorporate 'design thinking' approaches when appropriate.
  • Stay current on GALE Partners roadmap, architecture strategy, customer success, and value proposition across GALE Partners's solution portfolio
  • Share engagement experience with the internal audiences and peers, conduct architecture workshops and other enablement sessions and mentor & guide junior architects

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years minimum experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 5+ years of experience in the software industry, with extensive knowledge of software development and enterprise software technologies
  • 2+ years of pre-sales and/or client-facing experience
  • A strong understanding of marketing and various marketing principles
  • Can speak the language of Salesforce automation and understand the overarching concepts behind it
  • You have an enterprise mindset and can help craft the future state architecture and "tell a story" as to how to get there
  • You are proficient in building customer-facing Architecture presentations, diagrams, and whitepapers
  • You possess strong presentation and communication skills and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • You have an entrepreneurial, creative and Challenger mindset with a passion for ensuring customer success
