Lormar Security Protection is currently seeking an experienced, mature, customer service-driven individual to work as our Front Desk Concierge Security Guard at one of our condominium sites located in the Mississauga, ON area on the weekends. -Standard First Aid and CPR Certification

-An adaptable personality & positive attitude

-Excellent customer service skills

-A friendly, professional demeanor

-Proficiency in conflict resolution

-Ability to enforce Condo rules & regulations

-Exceptional report writing and communication skills

-Effective access control capabilities

-Basic computer literacy for digitized tasks

-Log and track deliveries, amenity bookings, and visitors parking

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of our client’s organizations.

Operate and maintain an organized front desk environment

Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets.

Monitor CCTV and card access systems

Assist with the facility bookings.

Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies

Complete walking patrols and inspections of facilities and equipment

Review, know and follow post orders as identified for site representing

Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures Duties as otherwise assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mississauga, ON L5B 4B1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
