Ext. Qualifications/Skills
You must have…..
  • Completed College or University.
  • Superior communication skills (both verbal and written) and experience working on a team.
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • 5 years related customer service experience (preferably within pension/financial services or insurance industry).
  • A “can do” positive attitude.
  • Bilingual speaking skills (EN/FR) is an asset.
