You’ll be working with the Video Creativity Center (VCC) department in the Wondershare Canada branch (our office locates in the Brentwood area in Burnaby). The role of the VCC department is to set the video creative standard and promote video culture within Wondershare while also producing videos to support the company’s brand marketing strategies.

Your Role

As the Senior Producer, you will:

• Lead the video editors and work with the marketing and motion team on video projects.

• Develop your production career by directing key video projects, including commercials, brand videos, tutorials, and more.

• Increase your influence by sharing video production topics through workshops

• Improve the production standard by evaluating the video creations in Wondershare

• Work with the VCC manager and other producers in making traffic-generating video content.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Film

• Project management skills and disciplines

• Eager to grow your production portfolio by participating in big projects and sets.

• Inclusive leadership and coaching skills.

• Proactive and with a high level of organization

• Willing to learn and be adaptive to changes

• Knowledge of Premier Pro, Final Cut, or other editing software

• Ability to work well in a team environment
