Job Summary

We are looking to hire an enterprising Senior Sales Administrator with fierce enthusiasm for dynamic audio technology, and a desire to work in a challenging hi-tech sales environment. Adamson’s sales representatives are expected to sell our products to new and existing customers by building relationships, demonstrating our products’ benefits, and answering customers’ questions.

What We Expect from You: Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing customer accounts
  • Learning the desires and needs of our customers
  • Finding new sales leads through client referrals or cold calling
  • Networking with potential and current customers
  • Keeping contact lists and checking-in with strategic follow ups
  • Gathering market intelligence and uncovering opportunities for growth
  • Informing customers of proper use and care for products
  • Assisting customers with finding the products best-suited to their needs
  • Meeting and exceeding expectations with regard to deadlines, quotas, and targets
  • Preparing and submitting sales or inventory reports to management.

What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Education, Skills & Experience

  • 5 years experience in sales in an entertainment or technology sector
  • (B.A. in Business, Technology, or a related field, is considered an asset)
  • Technical proficiency, with a high aptitude for learning in-depth product knowledge
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Confidence and comfort with public speaking
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, or similar sales software
  • Manufacturing environment/ERP experience an asset.
