We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. An ideal candidate will have a background in cars and trucks, and will be responsible for sales activities, including coordinating with technicians and following up with customers. Our experienced Service Advisors often have previous experience in the vehicle repair industry, and are familiar with the local community.

Responsibilities:

• Verify customer information & update if necessary.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service.
• Review customer agreements and warranties for service.
• Explain repair procedures to customer.
• Report vehicle condition to technicians.
• Obtain and review estimates from technicians.
• Document work performed.
• Comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
• Update all customers and notify immediately if additional work is required
• Oversee flow of service drive lane ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide support for all inquiries, to assure the customers’ requests are handled properly
• Properly and thoroughly write repair orders

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
