Service Advisor Job at Carling Motors
Carling Motors is currently looking to hire a Service Advisor to join its Service Team!
This position is one of the dealership's front-line customer contact people. The successful candidate will work in a premium dealership that offers a customer oriented environment that is friendly, professional and provides value for the customer's money and communicates effectively with all customers.
The Service Advisor must promote the sale of the dealership parts and labor by building positive relationships with customers. They are responsible for providing solutions to the customer's automotive problems and making recommendations regarding maintenance and long-term automotive care.
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
· Automotive service experience
· Self-Motivated
· High energy
· Able to work well with others
· Exceptional customer service track record
· Organized and process oriented
· Good computer skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
