Shipper and Receiver – Afternoons

Tirecraft Ontario we are presently seeking a qualified individual to support our Distribution Centre team in the position of Shipper and Receiver, for the afternoon shift. Join our newly renovated space, 3 times its original size. This individual will help support the Distribution Centre and its Team Members in a fast and busy environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive daily product shipments and capable of reconciling and ensuring accuracy of paperwork
- Track and Record shipment discrepancies
- Organize and disperse materials and shipments into respective storage
- Load and unload tires and wheels from deliveries
- Prepare daily shipments and orders, send on company trucks
- Cycle counts
- Deliveries as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
- Valid truck clamps, forklifts, and high lift picker license preferred, will train as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized and keen attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about industrial tires
Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting (50+ pounds
