Skilled Renovation Worker Job at Sudbury Apartment Rentals Limited
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in renovations, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Wage varies and depends on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools to cut and shape a variety of materials.
- Repair and install drywall, flooring, siding, and other surfaces.
- Paint and install interior finishes.
- Installation of tile floors, walls and backsplashes.
- Installation and repairs plumbing and fixtures.
- Cabinet, vanity and door installation.
- Inspect the quality of work produced by subcontractors.
- Clean up the work area after each job.
- Communicate regularly with employers or subcontractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
