Social Media & Customer Service Representative
This position will report to the Administrative Assistant or Shift Lead on duty. Responsible for executing day-to-day social media initiatives, including posting content across all commonly used platforms (i.e. Facebook & Instagram) tracking resulting and providing weekly reports. Create and maintain social media calendar. Keep current on all social trends in conjunction with our National Support Centre on media trends as applicable. Write copy for social media, in-store promotions and the store's digital sign. Interact with and assist customers by providing information on current sales/promotions, and answering customer inquiries. Maintain great communications with volunteers and staff, being a team player while following the core values of the Store Operations.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: $15.00 per hour
