Spare Relief Driver

Mrs. Dunster’s has been a family tradition throughout the Maritimes and Maine for 50 years. We are a local, family owned and operated fresh bakery, with bakery operations in Sussex, NB, and Moncton, NB. We are known for our unique products, our great customer service, our talented teams and our passion for community involvement.

We are looking for a Relief Driver-Class 1-USA who will fill in for our regular driver for vacations. You will ensure excellent customer service while being responsible to deliver fresh product to warehouses/customers. The applicant can be based out of Moncton/Sussex/ or Saint John,NB. We reimburse for your mileage to our plant in Sussex,NB.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining route distribution schedules. 2 trips to Maine per week finishing in Moncton. Sunday to Friday.
• Unloading of baked goods/returning racks back to the plant. One way loaded/one way empty with racks.
• Ensuring all required reports, invoices and documents are processed properly.
• Providing a high-level customer service to customers.
• Abiding by Canada and USA DOT regulations (E-LOG).

Qualifications:

• Driver’s license – Class 1, with minimum 3 years verifiable driving experience along with a clear driving abstract.
• Criminal Record Check.
• Willing to do overnight stay in USA, 2 nights per week.
• Direct-store sales or merchandising experience would be great.
• Hard working and dedicated to customer service.
• Punctual.
• Energetic self-starter.
• Professional and friendly.
• Neat and clean in appearance.
