The HART Company is currently looking for a Store Manager for the new branch located on Prince Edward Island.

MAIN TASKS
- Build a work team by recruiting and training them;
- Plan and direct all store activities;
- Ensure that sales meet budgets through good customer service and proactive management of activities on the sales floor;
- Commit to promoting a positive corporate image to attract and retain customers;
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Completion of a DES
- 2 years experience in a similar management position.
- Have a very good knowledge of the retail industry.
- Good knowledge of marketing.
- Ability to manage pressure.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to motivate staff.
- Focus on Health and Safety.

WORK SCHEDULE
