Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at MOMforce Inc
- Sourcing, interviewing and coordinating all recruitment efforts within the organization
- Job postings: from proofreading to posting, and keeping sites and systems up-to-date
- Selecting candidates and assessing their skills and experience through phone screenings and interviews
- Coaching and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including extending offers and negotiating contracts
- Going above and beyond to source quality candidates - from headhunting to attending university career fairs
- Managing our presence and activity on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites as required.

Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
