Afternoon Production Team Lead
Permanent Position
Innisfil
$58- $60,000/yr based on experience
Benefits - 100% employer paid
3:15 PM to 1:45 AM - Monday to Thursday no rotations!

Responsibilities
Reporting to Production Manager, the Production Team Lead is responsible for, but not limited to, supervising and coaching employees to achieve goals and, maintain established standards of safety, customer service, quality standards, productivity and good housekeeping.
  • Lines are set up for personnel and product required
  • Troubleshoot
  • Strong communication skills, with other shifts, and production manager
  • Forecast supply needs
  • weekly production reports
  • Monitor, report and contain all issues affecting production, and implement changes to corect
  • Inventory
  • Interviews, selects, and trains new hires to ensure the department is fully staffed for production needs.


Qualifications
Prior Team lead experience an asset
Ability to use hand tools
1+ year(s) of construction, manufacturing, or warehousing experience an asset
Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic math skills: ability to read a tape measure, basic measurement calculations
Must have excellent safety record and steel toe boots
Ideal candidate will be able to start immediately
Transportation is required, as public transit is not available
