Telework: 40% face-to-face and 60% at home.

This position reports to the Director, Wealth Management Trading Desks. The main objective of the department is to manage transactions on the stock exchange for all entities of the national bank.

The main tasks will be:

• Dealing with requests from external clients both at the transactional level and at the operational level;
• Identify operational issues and collaborate in resolving them by seeking information within general parameters
• Perform appropriate research to determine the source of transaction errors
• Interact with the various sectors of the Bank and managers in order to offer advanced technical support to stakeholders and provide detailed explanations
• Learn how systems work and contribute to the collective effort during peak periods

Requirements:

• Three-year college diploma or the academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and/or two years of relevant experience
• Course on securities trading and the Course on the manual on the standards of conduct, desirable (an asset)
• Experience or knowledge in application support or in the field of securities, - desirable
• Proficiency in ISM systems
• Excel proficiency
• Versatility and ease of learning
• Propensity to offer fast and efficient service to the customers concerned
• Ability to work in a demanding environment
• Skills with computer tools
• Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English, essential
