- Participate in the design, development, integration and implementation of user infrastructure solutions;
- Plan and implement technological changes and ensure the proper functioning of the implemented solutions;
- Take charge of or accompany certain files as a technical expert and technological advisor to various internal or external stakeholders;
- Carry out or accompany technical proofs of concept in the laboratory;
- Recommend changes to established methods and procedures, and suggest alternative solutions and new methods to improve quality;
- Participate in some of the department's technology watch files;
- Provide adequate support to users and internal teams during technical problems;
- Assume any other related responsibility or any other responsibility at the request of their immediate superior.
Does this sound like you?
- Knowledge of the following software, functions and systems: Windows 10, Office, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD Exchange, Exchange Online;
- In-depth knowledge of O365 and Azure cloud services:
- Participation in various deployment projects to these services would be an asset (migration to Exchange Online, Intune, etc.).
- Experience in technology integration following a company merger (very important asset);
- Results and customer orientation;
- Soft skills;
- Organizational skills, method and good time management;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Attention to detail;
- Team player/collaborator;
- Communication with teams in French. Expected level:
- French: 4/4
- English: 1/4
- 35.0 hours per week;
