Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. currently has an immediate seasonal opening for an experienced Rock Truck Driver.

Required Skills:

  • Adhere to safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Operate haul trucks ranging in size from 30 to 45 tonne capacity on 12-hour shift 6 days a week
  • Work and operate outdoors in all weather conditions, including winter conditions
  • Have the ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Inspect equipment, such as tires, fluids, lights, brakes, to ensure equipment is fully functional and safe for operating
  • Communicate with other operators, and supervisors using communication devices such as two-way radios
  • Assist labour related duties such as cleaning tracks on equipment
  • Perform required daily maintenance and greasing of equipment

Qualifications:

  • Valid class 5 drivers license, or equivalent, without learner’s restrictions
  • Previous heavy equipment operation or industry related experience, is considered beneficial
