The vacuum truck operator position for MEADOW LAKE is responsible to perform a very diverse range of activities within our company including:
- hazardous waste loading and hauling
- confined space entry
- hazardous materials spill clean up, car wash interceptor pit cleaning, sewage loading and hauling, hydro-excavating
- Training for and operation of Roll-off, Front-end, Side-load waste and recycling collection equipment.
- Container maintenance, equipment maintenance, buildings and facilities work, and other duties as assigned
- Training/orientations will be provided
Qualifications:
- Class 3A license (1A preferred) with clear abstract (submit with resume)
- Strong knowledge of Meadow Lake and the surrounding areas
- Minimum 3 years solid driving experience, and/or farm background an asset
- Able to work both in a team environment and unsupervised
- Excellent logistical and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
