Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in/check-out and storage. Provides a consistently high degree of both friendliness and efficiency for all guests and visitors by parking guest vehicles in a safe and orderly manner.

Hourly Rate of $17.00

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Greet the guest with a cheerful and pleasant voice
  • Drive guest vehicles from motor court to designated parking area of garage for valet parking and return guest vehicle to motor court for guest pick-up when needed
  • Provide guests with luggage service and storage at check-in/check-out
  • Coordinate transportation for guests
  • Report to the Manager on Duty any situation involving a guest's dissatisfaction with Room Service or any other outlet or situation in the hotel
  • Properly deliver amenities and housekeeping items to guests if needed

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • Valid Ontario driver's license - G Class
  • Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (standard and automatic)
  • Must possess basic computer skills
  • Knowledge needed of hotel amenities, restaurants, travel and transportation information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adapts to change with ease, is able to handle many tasks simultaneously and work independently
  • Results oriented, positive, service driven with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Hospitality Degree or Diploma, an asset
  • Must have a natural inclination for guest service and a proven track record for consistently exceeding guest expectations
  • Strong team player with a great attitude
