- Pay rate: $19.00/hour
- Location: Toronto, ON
- Shifts: 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last show. Hours will vary. | 5 days a week (subject to change according to the show schedule)
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time
- 4% vacation paid weekly

- Greet guests at the VIP entrance, scan their tickets and hand them their VIP lanyards
- Make sure that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner
- Responds to customer's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations
- Provides personalized service and uses the customer's name
- Observes customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintains strict cleanliness of the VIP area
- Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner
- Provides information to help with food and beverage selections
- Prepares VIP for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, food handling and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)
- Be physically able to stand up for long hours
- Understand customer service and hospitality
- Work well with others
- Pay attention to the details
- Working fast and efficiently under pressure
- Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)
- Know when to get the help of a supervisor
- Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information
- Availability for the whole city duration
- Speak English - other languages are an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
