Job Title: Virtual Reality Store Associate and Birthday Party Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Virtual Reality Store Associate who can also manage birthday parties. The VR Store Associate and Birthday Party Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and planning and executing fun and memorable birthday parties for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for virtual reality technology and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the store, provide guidance and support with virtual reality products, and assist with purchase decisions.
• Manage the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Plan and organize birthday parties, including booking reservations, coordinating activities, and preparing party favors.
• Communicate with customers to ensure their party experience meets or exceeds their expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including displays and merchandise.
• Always provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
• Stay up to date on the latest virtual reality technology and trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
• Upsell products and services to customers, including memberships and additional VR experiences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or entertainment setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Knowledge of virtual reality technology and products preferred.
• Ability to manage and entertain children during birthday parties.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $13.60-$16.00 per hour
