Responsibilities:
- Bring drinks to tables quickly and efficiently.
- Serve food accurately and on time.
- Keep track of orders; anticipate when customers will need refills.
- Know standard items and their prices.
- Be friendly or, if not friendly, courteous.
- Follow health regulations and practice proper sanitary procedures.
- Assess customers' needs and respond appropriately.
- Have an awareness of the flow of customers in the restaurant.
- Move around the restaurant to fill tables; clear tables, and check on customers.
