Warehouse Associate Job at Sparks Carpet One Ltd.
Sparks Carpet One Ltd. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for shipping, receiving, deliveries and inventory management. If you're a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual, we will provide the tools and training for you to achieve success. Requirements
- OSSD or equivalent
- Valid G license
- Fork lift experience
- At least 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to push, pull and lift materials weighing up to 70 lbs
The Warehouse Associate's main duties will be (but are not limited to):
- Receiving shipments; ensuring all shipments are received accurately and in good condition
- Label and sort incoming materials to maintain warehouse organization
- Prepare material for installers by cutting and staging each job's required material
- Ensure correct material is prepared for each job. Assist in loading trucks/trailers for installers.
- Organize and maintain all in-stock materials
- Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness
- Deliver materials to jobsites
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends. A one-hour unpaid lunch break is provided daily. Two weeks paid vacation and benefits start after 3 months.
