Warehouse Worker Job at Krawford Warehouse
We are looking for a reliable and punctual warehouse worker at our busy warehouse.This person MUST be a team player, willing to help wherever help is needed within the Materials Department. The position entails the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. We offer a competitive salary of $24 per hour as starting pay, medical benefits, etc.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain a clean work area
- Able to perform other duties as required within the department
- Kit work orders accurately to the Production department as well as ensure correct parts are issued for all orders.
- Package products into containers, using spacers, fillers and protective padding.
- Assist in the maintenance of part-by-part inventory accuracy greater than 98%.
- Ability to do Multi-tasking and cross train in all functions of material handling, receiving and shipping.
- Understand, follow and support internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of all Material Control operations and procedures associated with the stockroom, shipping and receiving.
- Operating bar code scanner equipment and computer systems
- Forklift operator license is an asset.
- Ability to carry weights up to 50 Lbs unassisted

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
