The Opportunity:
We currently have 2 positions available for a Dock/Warehouse Worker.

Job Type / Category:

• Part-Time Overnight Position
• Sorting newspapers/parcels for delivery (7 days a week operation)
• Working with a team to unload and load trucks/trailers
• Reading manifest and ensuring the correct product gets to the correct Courier
• Clean up and other cleaning duties as required
• Responsible for dock safety of yourself and keeping the environment safe for others
• Hours of the overnight position start at 12:00 AM - 5:00 AM, 25 hours per week

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 17 years or older.
• Warehouse experience considered an asset
• Continuous lifting, walking, standing (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate effectively in often-noisy surroundings

Responsible for proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times:

• Safety Vest
• CSA-approved footwear (Steel toe boots/shoes)
• Mask
