Overview of the Role
The position is responsible for the picking, shipping, and receiving in the Distribution Centre. Load co-ordination, report reproduction and report maintenance are also part of the regular duties. The position reports to the Distribution Centre Supervisor.
How you will make contributions that matter:
- Picking orders in a cold environment -18 C to 5o C environment.
- Product verification.
- Product rotation.
- Inventory counts (monthly).
- Warehouse Cleaning.
- Loading/unloading of trucks as required.
- Manual documentation.
- Other duties as required.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- Forklift experience is a must.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Attention to details.
- Able to work in and be an active participant on a team.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Able to work in an efficient, professional, and safe manner.
- Some computer skills.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Able to work flexible hours as needed.
