About the Position:

This is an entry-level Distribution Centre position and under supervision, our Warehouse Worker in the Return Goods Department receive, sort, count and verify incoming parts against documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity of parts for stock and distribution.

Our Warehouse Workers – Return Goods Department are responsible for:

  • Receives freight daily and unloads returned merchandise.
  • Reviews returned merchandise and confirm for resale or processing as defective.
  • Checks returned parts against manifest or invoice supplied by the customer.
  • Submits credit memos or invoices to the office for credit to be issued to the customer.
  • Prepares returns and warranty claims to the manufacturer and prepares a return bill of lading.
  • Runs reports to verity credit is issued.
  • Ensures all processed core and warranty merchandise is placed in proper storage bins for shipping.
  • Process all labour claims
  • Ensure that all daily housekeeping duties are completed at the end of day

  • Flexibility in availability – Available to work Saturdays and to work Full-Time hours
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds
  • You are reliable – You are a self-starter who is dependable in completing tasks and is responsible with company equipment
  • You are a team player – You are dedicated to contributing to a collaborative team with a positive and friendly attitude and contribute to a safe work environment
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency
  • Ability to read invoices, stock numbers in order to select correct parts
  • Simply math ability required
  • Ability to use computer and RF scanner
  • Prior warehouse training or experience an asset.

Pay: Up to $20.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
