OVERVIEW

We are hiring a contracted part time virtual (work from home) position with From Lab 2 Fulfillment (http://www.fl2f.ca)

This is a contracted position with bonus options. Expectation is for ~30 hours of work in each workshop (1-4 hours a day, over 4 days a week for 3 weeks). At the FL2F, we don’t hold you accountable for simply doing the work, but rather for the results you create. For this position, your main task is to coach a group of to-be entrepreneurs and enable excellent group experience together with individual development.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Learn a new innovative program regarding entrepreneurship and be comfortable teaching it
• Coach each participant personally on the business issues they are currently facing
• Facilitate the group learnings with the exercises and software tools at hand
• Refine, document, and update processes for coaching and facilitation supporting our program
• Ensure delivery of the workshop adheres to our standards
• Work with the program creator for ongoing development of the program, in line with the overall FL2F vision

Qualifications:

• Coaching proficiency with at least 5+ years of experience (ability to coach, teach, and provide valuable feedback)
• International Coaching Federation Certificate (preferred)
• Enthusiastic about women inclusion (women - preferred)
• Enthusiastic about developing entrepreneurship (entrepreneurial background – preferred)
• Interested in bringing science and technology ideas to fruition (STEM or health background – preferred)
• Excellent tech skills (this is an online business, which means you’ll have to excel at Microsoft Office, Google Docs and be able to learn and use other software programs).
• Organized (there are many moving parts that you need to be able to keep track of and be looking ahead to what’s coming next)
• Detail-oriented (must implement and test the processes for the program)

We are located in Canada. This job is located in the city of Calgary, but 100% of the job can be remote.

About the FL2F

The From Lab 2 Fulfillment (FL2F) is a program offered by Technologies and Beyond Inc. and was developed by Dr. Orly Yadid-Pecht, a professor and Technology Futures Strategic Chair at the University of Calgary. Since our inception in 2019, we have offered the program to multiple institutions and organizations in Alberta and Ontario. The workshop is based on Dr. Yadid-Pecht’s experience, where she wants to ensure that every future woman entrepreneur has the tools and resources to succeed in their journey through small interactive sessions and one-on-one coaching. We envision equal representation of women as patent inventors, startup founders, board members, and CEOs.

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
