Responsabilités:
As an Account Executive (Commercial Mid-Market) you will be focused on winning new business – delivering comprehensive Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance solutions to client. As your portfolio grows, you will retain ownership of said clientele - ensuring client retention, working towards growing Gallagher’s partnership with all of our client. Gallagher’s expansive network of resources will be a major enabler.

How You Will Affect the Business

  • Generate new business income, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and concierge the client through the binding process.
  • Delivering Gallagher’s comprehensive commercial insurance solutions, working with c-suite.
  • Support and develop a portfolio of Client, playing a lead role in business retention, and continually building upon customer relationships.
  • Partnering with Gallagher’s service, marketing and administrative teams – deliver accurate and timely delivery of renewals for your portfolio of clientele, taking the necessary steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, and working towards binding clientele.
  • Acting to keep current with insurance markets and changing coverages within the industry, including participating in insurer networking events.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years commercial broking experience preferred.
  • Experience with specialized insurance products or industry segments an asset.
  • Active and in good standing Insurance License required.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued.
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset.
