The Role:

-Qualifying potential prospects to determine whether they possess characteristics that make them a good fit for Axiom’s products/services.

-Establish customer relationships by engaging with them and improving their customer experience

-Acquiring Axiom and competitive product knowledge

-Customer communication on a regular basis including face-to-face visits, phone calls, etc.

-Territory management by prioritizing customers, call schedules, etc.

-Proposal development for prospective and current customers

-Documenting activities in our CRM – Pipedrive

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or industrial sales

-Ability to cultivate strong professional relationships, and experience with customer or client support

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Negotiating and closing skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft office

-Solid understanding of social media advertising and marketing

-Ability to prioritize customers and call schedules

Job Type: Full-time, permanent, remote work

Variable Compensation: The successful candidate is eligible to participate in our Sales Performance Bonus plan. The plan pays a percentage of gross profit earned to the Account Manager.

A competent, dedicated Account Manager can earn $125,000 to $200,000 per year.
